Problems in converting Coreldraw to DWG format

Hi,

I have been using Coreldraw for quite some time now and I was planning to use CAD for the images I have made in Coreldraw.

Now, I was searching on the Internet on how to use Coreldraw files to CAD but it directs to Coreldraw to DWG.

I really don't know how doing it.

So I need your guide in doing it properly,

Hi,

Corel Draw uses .cdr file format that cannot be processed by AutoCAD.

To use Corel Draw images in AutoCAD, you need to convert your Corel Draw files into another format.

These are the steps:-

1. Open Corel Draw and then Go to File Menu > Open and select .cdr file.

2. Open the File menu and choose "Export".

3. Chose WMF which is the AutoCAD file format.

4. Export the file and then open the new file in AutoCAD.
