Problem with Vice city game does not load?

Hey friends,

I want to ask a question and it is related to Vice City game so please help me to recover my game and continue where I stopped. The thing is I was playing Vice city game but suddenly it stopped working and the I closed it using task manager and the opened it again but it won't open at all tried many times to open. Please help me get back my game so that I can continue to play it.

Problem with Vice city game does not load?

Hello,

There might be some problem in the file of the game. The unspecified file might be corrupted and so the game crashed and won’t start. In order to get your game back, you should re-install the game.

First, make sure to make a backup of your saved game. This will enable you start your game from the previous profile where you stopped last. The folder is on “C:Documents and Settings<your_username>My Documents”. Copy the folder “GTA Vice City User Files” to a safe place.

Now, it’s time to uninstall GTA Vice City. Use any good uninstaller that will remove everything related Vice City. You can use Wise Program Uninstaller, Revo Uninstaller etc. They are quite powerful to remove every files related to uninstalled application.

Next, it’s time to get the latest Vice City. You can get it from here.

After installing the game again, you can restore your saved game to the folder from where you backed up the data.
