Problem in updating big commerce cart

Hello Techyv users,

I have a problem with updating big commerce cart. Every thing is fine before my System crash. But after the crash whenever I update the cart everything is fine except the images. They are not showing on the cart. I think my windows XP has some problem. Please advice me some solution to the problem I am facing.

Thank you for your question.

As par my knowledge you have to reinstall the Windows XP.

Most probably there are some drivers missing from your PC so that you face the stated problem. Please setup your system again and run the software.
