Hi Lucy,

0xc0000005 could be a registry problem.  Or a program in your computer that is blocking the applications.  When was the last time that you were able to successfully play Dragon Nest?  Have you made any changes in your computer before this error occurred?  Or is this a new install?

Well, try to check your antivirus if its blocking the application from running.   Run the antivirus, update it.  If its not working, disable temporarily  your antivirus.

Check your computer memory.

Start >> Run >> Type msconfig >> Click Services >> Put a Check on "Hide all Microsoft Services" >> Click Startup tab >> Disable All > Click Apply

Restart your computer.

Open Dragon Nest again.

If it is not working.

Properly UNINSTALL Dragon Nest and then Reinstall it.  Some files required to run your application might be corrupted.

You need uninstall Dragon Nest from Control Panel >> Programs >> Uninstall a Program.

After uninstalling DN, reinstall it back and then run the application again.
