When I booted my PC the icon came which said the script has not run properly and said if you want to delete it. I deleted that and now I am not being able to start the internet and also many other programs. And none of them start up.

You might have had accidentally removed the files that are important which makes other program not to work or perform well. Always remember that whenever you are trying to delete some files or rebooting your computer you must have had always a back up.
Regularly back up your files so that if you lose your files accidentally you can always return it back to your program. But sometimes, there are deleted files that are sensitive and not really erased and can be recovered by interested parties. However, formatting it doesn't sometimes recovered sensitive data and because sometimes hard disk are physically destroyed we cannot ensure that the data may be recovered.Â
