Problem Regarding Email System Occurred

I have a problem regarding the email system. If 2 users send each other an email, they receive it as a vertical text and when they reply with the same text, it returns to horizontal. Is there a way I can change this?

Hi David J Nelson,
You are not the only one with this problem. I made some research and I found out that many people have some issue with their e-mail boxes. That is what they did to fix this:
1) First off all, you should check  what browser you work with.
2) If you work with Mozilla Firefox you should try with some other browser.
3) Download Google Chrome,  Safari, Opera or just try to send this e-mail with Internet Explorer( If you are working on a Windows machine).
