I have installed a phone recorder tool for my blackberry torch 9800 mobile. But the tool does not play the audio clearly. How can I record the audio clearly. Please give a solution.

Problem with phone recorder of blackberry torch 9800

Check again if your phone is using the correct and compatible version of the phone recorder tool. Maybe you are using an older version of the software that’s why the output sound is not good. This is normal and usually happens if you install an old application on newer devices and sometimes can also manifests on incompatible versions.

Check again your application’s version if it supports your phone’s model and or operating system version. You may also try upgrading your present version to the latest version if it is already available. Visit the website again where you downloaded the software then check for latest releases. The audio problem should be fixed on newer releases of the software.
