Hello there

When you save images using paint it will be saved as a bitmap file, with the extension .bmp. You can convert this image into a jpeg image anytime. Its simple, just right click on the image file and click on rename. Change the name from name.bmp to name.jpg where "name" is the name of your image file. This will change the extension of the file to jpeg as well as it's icon. If you want to edit the image again just right click on it and select Edit. Now it will open in paint.

I hope you are satisfied

It is a simple procedure to change back your images that are appearing in the paint brush icons back to the jpg icons, you will need to use the following simple procedure.

  • You will need to open one file using the paint brush or any other application that you have on your computer for editing images.
  • And then you will go to the file menu of the application.
  • And then locate the 'save as' option and then click on it.
  • The 'save as' window will pop, and there you will see a lot of file formats that you can save in.
  • Scroll through the list and locate the JPG file format and choose it.
  • You will then need to choose the option that will allow all related files to be saved as JPG files.
  • And then save the file.
