Hi!

 I am Rizvi. I use Google Chrome. My Facebook chat is not working  now.  Everytime I log into my account,  it takes too much time to load and nothing comes up in the end. What should I do? I've heard about a plug in for Facebook chat. Where do I find that? Help please.

Hi Rizvi…

Its very common problem with most of the people who are using Facebook for chat let me tell you one thing that Google Chrome is not supporting Facebook Chat that's why its unable to show you in the chat you should use your internet explorer 8.0 or internet explorer 9.0 to use Facebook chat if you are using internet explorer 6.0 it will not show Facebook chat option or messenger you will have to upgrade your browser by clicking on this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17621/internet-explorer-downloads after clicking on this link a new window will appear you will have to click on download option and then upgrade you browser.

Then you can easily use Facebook chat option and enable no need to install any plug-in because Internet Explorer 8 and Internet Explorer 9 having built-in plug-in so you can work easily on Facebook chat messenger.
