Problem in my computer software what is the solution?

I use Microsoft Windows XP in my desktop. I am suffering much with a great problem. When I turn on my computer it takes long time to be ready. After some times when I try to open a program or any application software a message box appear and all of my open window automatically close. Then It show the message box with this message "……………..has encountered  a problem and need to close …….." Send error report , Don't send. To terminate the message box I click on don't send button.

If I do not want to see the message box  again  what I have to do?

Hi Johndeng,

It is normally say that you would be missed  your system. That is your Windows XP would be fail in registration. You must take the new and upgrade version to install or you have to registered as legal registration code. You will not install or use XP without latest version. You may find the new version form Microsoft contains websites and ultimate level which require Windows version. Search in Google and Yahoo or best performing sites. And if you have internet connection then you can upgrade your system from your containing application.

Make sure that you have enough place to your hard disk and RAM. It may help you.

First of all see your system resources and make sure they are enough to support your current window operating system and then see that there is no virus program in your PC and make sure you have installed a antivirus for your system. Although there can be more then one reasons for this problem their may be some program which is causing the problem or there is some other problem in your PC.

To check this all press ALT + CTRL + DEL a new window will open in front of you here you have to go to process tab and see which process is taking most of your system resources and causing problem in this case you can end the process for this program and then can solve your problem by removing it from its home directory. But first check that this is not a system program and it is not a system process if this is a system process then your computer may be shutdown automatically. This way you can not one detect the problem bet can also solve it.

Dear it is a virus attack. Your window files have corrupted and working so slow.

 

There is a file "Explorer.exe" which is specially attacked by a virus.

 

Explorer.exe is a file which opens all programs. Or in other words, all files and drives open in explorer. Explorer is infected.

Can you remember what are the last things you do before the error came up? You can run the System Restore to go back to the previous state before the error started. And also, you can choose programs that will run on Startup. Just click Start and then Run. Type msconfig and then press Enter. Check the Selective Startup and click Startup on the drop down menu. Untick everything and click the Apply button. Click OK. Restart your computer for changes to take effect.

If the problem still persist, perform a full scan on your computer system. Use your Antivirus software and then remove all the threats that will appear.
