Hello!

I am just new here and I just bought my new phone. I am having difficulties with this phone. I can always see that my location is not sync with the maps. I didn’t change any of the settings in this phone. I don’t want to ruin the settings and might get other problems if I will do it myself. Is there any way that we can resolve this? Can you provide me instructions on how to resolve this problem? Can you provide me alternative resolution for this? Is there any software that you suggest in optimizing my phone?

Hi Lloyd,

Have you tried enabling the location settings on your phone by navigating to Settings > location and turning it on, if so the next best thing is for you to have a sturdy wi-fi connection to have a proper sync of your location.

If the above has been done then you can possible try updating the Google maps from the play store to the latest version which will help you to overcome this issue.
