Problem installing Zetadocs – Please Help

Hi all

I wanted to install Zetadocs for document management. When I start the installation, I get an error. The screenshot of the error is as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

I have OS windows 2008 which is fully patched. I also have Dynamics nav 2009 r2, 2009 sp1 and 5.0 sp 1 installed successfully in my C drive. They all are running exceptionally. I cant get to the root cause of the problem.

Your help is required to get rid of the error message

Problem installing Zetadocs – Please Help

First try to do this way uninstall the Microsoft Dynamics NAV R2. This will make a registry entry in your system. Reboot the system and once the OS boots up install the Dynamics again make sure there are no older versions of dynamics in your system. If it is available remove those and install only NAV 2009 R2.

This will make a registry entry in the system. I guess the zetadocs looks for the registry entries in your system. If it doesn't find those registry entries then it will give such error to you. Make sure your system is clean and in working condition before you re-install it on your system.
