Problem with Hp or Ridata .

Hi experts

I want to know Is there known problem with HP or Ridata? Because while I’m trying to copy from my HP Pavillion a1123 computer to a regular blank CD have a trade name of “RIdata” but it’s not working. so can anyone help with that

Problem with Hp or Ridata .

Hello Anville,

In isolating this problem all you need to do first is re-install your burning software or install burning software. Some Blank CD is not compatible with your CD/DVD drive like buying fake blank CD/DVD. You need to refer also to your CD/DVD drive guide about compatible medium type and speed. If you have a genuine blank CD try to check if it works so may identify the difference between the regular CD and genuine CD.Try to clean your CD/DVD drive with CD cleaner that has a small brush which sweeps the dust in the optical lens and don’t touch the lens with your finger.
