There is a sound problem in my newly bought mac mini. In the system preferences it says "No output devices found." Is there a problem with the driver sound for mac mini ? Please help me out here.

Hi Eri,
It’s really very unfortunate. You can try some steps that should work.
1. Please check the flat copper wire of the mini and it is connected to the both ends of the mini or not.
On the other hand you can try this also
1. Try to boot the mini in safe mode (hold the shift key while booting). Or,
2. You can reinstall the operating system.
