While watching a video on the Netflix app, I suddenly started facing the error-saying problem while connecting to Netflix error code 1011. Try again later.

Problem Connecting To Netflix Error Code 1011 Occurred.

This error code occurs when there is trouble in internet connection, or you have not login into Netflix account properly, or the app has temporarily stopped working or an issue with Netflix cache.

To rectify the error, first, check your internet connection and try reconnecting it by restarting the wi-fi and device wi-fi. If it does not work, connect your device to a new network. Restart your iPhone or iPad. You can test the connection by these steps:

1. In the Netflix app, go to ‘menu’ icon.
2. Click on ‘About’ and in the ‘diagnostic section’; choose the ‘network.’
3. Then click on ‘Start test.’

Reinstall the Netflix app and check the account information entered in it. Update the app by this time there will be no error.
