Problem on Adobe Acrobat Reader: Cannot view multiple files

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 installed in my PC with Windows XP Operating System. The problem is, I cannot view two different .pdf files at the same time. The second document always doesn’t display properly and just shows a distorted view.

Is there any solution on this aside from removing and reinstalling the program?

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Hi Moses,

You can try to open a PDF file on your computer. Once it is fully opened, you can then try to right click other files you wish to open one at a time. If it is opening that way then that may be your alternative. If you do not wish to open the files one at a time, then you can try to see if instead of uninstalling Adobe Acrobat, try to repair it first. This is to see if there are any corrupted files inside the application. If this still does not work, then you may not really have a choice, but to uninstall and reinstall the application.
