Problem with access exchange server on Wi-Fi

I am facing problem with my Wi-Fi. Whenever I am connected by any Wi-Fi connection, I am unable to access Exchange Server. I have tried almost everything but nothing worked. Please, tell me if you have any Idea about this. I have checked all the settings. For this reason, I cannot check my emails outside. Please, Help!

Problem with access exchange server on Wi-Fi

Hello Donald,

Is it only exchange server that you cannot access when the wi-fi is connected or you cannot access the other services like surfing the internet too?

Your wi-fi settings may be wrongly configured and therefore it cannot successfully connect to the internet. Just check to verify that under the wifi connection settings in the network and sharing center.

Another possible cause maybe a slow signal at the place that you are and therefore you will need to find a place with a stronger signal and then connect the wi-fi.

Problem with access exchange server on Wi-Fi

Its look's like you have not configured your WI-fi device properly, in this case you need to check and configure your device so that you will be able to connect your self with your serve. Once you have configured your device correctly then you will be able to access your server and will be connected to web also. Check the device you are using or the device on the other side that is causing this problem may be one of your device is faulty and is not able to get WI-fi signals check the signal strength also if you are running on signals and see that it is also in range to other device that you want to access. That is all i want to say and i am sure that you will be able to solve your problem.
