Today, I will introduce you all with a problem about Acronis Nonstop Backup Service and Acronis True Image graphical user interface.

Sometimes, this may become unsynchronized. For this in the main program, the program window may display Nonstop Backup as paused, while the service is actually running.

I need a solution for this issue.

Thank you for your question. I have extensively researched the topic in the internet and my findings are as follows:

What I found is that sometimes Acronis Nonstop Backup Service and Acronis True Image GUI becomes unsynchronized and so the main program window may show Nonstop Backup as paused even though the service is actually running. But thankfully the error message can be ignored.

For this first restart Acronis True Image to synchronize the product user interface with Acronis Nonstop Backup service status. If you are having this problem while using Acronis True Image Home 2012, then simply install the latest fix (https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/updates/) which addresses this issue.
