Printing Problem with Microsoft Visio 2010

I can't print from Microsoft Visio 2010. If the print button is pressed or the print option is selected the document will not be printed to the Black Ice printer.

If I bring up print window and change the printer (even to the same Black Ice printer) the document will be printed correctly.

How can I solve the problem?

Printing Problem with Microsoft Visio 2010

 

Hi

We need to check if your default printer is the Black Ice printer. Please go to start then Devices and Printers and check the default printer (for windows 7 computer). If the Black Ice printer is not the default printer, right click on the icon and set it as default. Try printing again using the print button or the print option.

Try also checking the page setup in Windows Visio if they are correct and properly set. For these types of software, it may not retain the applied settings before and you have to manually set the settings again when printing.

If you are still experiencing the same issue as before, check Windows update if there is an update about you Windows Visio 2010. Install the updates if there is and try printing again.

Worst case scenario is to uninstall and re-install the Microsoft Visio 2010.
