Hi!

Am just new here and would like to ask something about my printer. I’ve been using this just after I bought it recently. I tried to print my Word document it shows that it is printing, the printer contains bond paper and have enough level of inks but it doesn’t work. I tried to check all connections still the same. I uninstalled the printer driver and or software for it, still the same. Can you provide me on how to resolve this problem?

Hi Patricia,
 
Possibly you can try rebooting the printer or simply power of the printer and power it back on.
 
The other thing you can try here is switch the USB plug to another USB port on the computer to see if it picks up the printer there, since you have already tried reinstalling the printer drivers I suggest you try downloading the latest driver for your printer from Google and try re installing it as at times the one provide could be out of date.
