Hi

Yes this is very easy this is built in function of Microsoft office that you can change any of the documents to the PDF slide just do the following thing:

1. Save your document by going on save as and then in option of saving the file format save the file in PDF format and then it will ask you to save the pdf format say yes and it will automatically generate the pdf file and this will solve your problem and you will get rid of the problem you are facing so try this one this is very easy solution. This is how you can convert every document into PDF.

Here is a tool that can convert a much wider range of Office application files like Office Word, Office Excel, Office PowerPoint, Office Publisher, Office InfoPath, Office Visio, and Office CHM into a professional-quality PDF file, the A-PDF Office to PDF. The following file formats are supported:

  • * .doc
  • * .xls
  • * .ppt
  • * .docx
  • * .xlsx
  • * .pptx
  • * .pub
  • * .xml
  • * .xsn
  • * .vsd
  • * .vdx
  • * .chm

It supports 32-bit and 64-bit Windows NT4, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. It supports Microsoft Office 97 and later. Some of the supported file formats require using Ghostscript which you can download from Free Ghostscript 8.71. It is an open-source interpreter for the PDF file format and PostScript language.

But if you want a more specific tool for converting Office PowerPoint files to PDF, try A-PDF PPT to PDF. With this tool, you can batch convert Office PowerPoint 2000, 2003, and 2007 presentations into a professional-quality document in PDF format. Both tools have the same system requirements.
