Is it possible to set up a partial yum repo when I want to do some combination for the normal scientific Linux repo and local rpms on my NFS server?

Yes,this is very much possible to set up a partial yum repo in the Linux software when you have desired this yum repo to active.I have some questions to you that have you been install or set your NFS server already? If you don't set your server yet you cann't configure the combination of your scientific Linux repo or your local rpms. This is understood that your question is quiet right.Any data you can enter and save it with your scientific Linux repo.Well, why you have been wanted to use partial yum repo?Whereas you can use full yum repo.Maybe your size of data are tiny?No problem you can store tiny size of data.
