I like to know about the biz trip. I can't understand  how to write an auto reply biz trip? Can anyone tell me about this in details? It will be helpful for me.

Hi,

You may follow some technics. It is depending on the type of email account you have:

1. Include the date.
2. Let users know of any other individuals they can contact for help on your absence.
3. Let users know how they get the approval in your absence.
4. Remember that anyone who sends you an email will receive your auto reply.
5. Avoid sharing contact information that you do not want everyone to have.
6. During a holiday season, you may want to include a "Happy holidays!" sentiment if it will apply to everyone who receives your reply.
