Please, help! – Can’t connect to WiFi

Hi all,

I recently started working with another Internet provider with two home laptops connected to the WiFi network. One of them is set up as the main computer of the network but eventually when its OS was reinstalled, we fail to connect at all. We can still see the network and it's at the top of the list but it doesn't accept the password. I have tried so many times that I feel I'm already not sure if I remember the password correctly. Please, tell me how to get to the settings and whether I need to change the password altogether. Thank you in advance.

Maybe your password is wrong, or maybe it's some router error, try to restart your router (if you use the router to bridge connections between you and your ISP), if you don't have access to router you must call your provider and ask them to change your password. If the router is in your ownership you can try to access it by web browser, try to find address of router in specification (for ex. try 192.168.1.1 or try to find some different address on the internet), otherwise if you have physical access to your router, try to find small button on the back side of router and press the button, keep it pressed for a minute and the router will be back to default factory settings. Try to find the password if some other computers remembered that (look the wifi connection configuration). If you fail to solve your problem, it's the best way to call your internet provider, and ask for help, because many of reasons can be the problem…
