Picture project not connected error occurred

Hello guys,

Picture project not connected error occurred. I am just new in this picture project software and when I am rendering some picture files or shall I say saving data an error occurred which says I am not connected to the software when I really am. I hope you can give me a solution to resolve this problem.

Picture project not connected error occurred

 

Hi,

The problem you are facing may be due to corrupted files. You need to reinstall the software on your computer. Follow the steps below to reinstall it on your system:

1. Go to Control Panel on your computer and select the uninstall a program icon. In the list of installed programs, right click on Picture project and click on uninstall.

2. Remove any files and folders created by Picture project that have not been deleted during uninstallation process.

3. Now, reinstall the software on your computer and then restart it.

4. Also check the bin files and the registry for any errors.
