Masters web please help me, I am having problems with my new hosting I bought four days ago, when I open the files were the PHP extension (index.php, etc.) via the browser should display the file, but instead downloaded (but if the file can open the html file). I've contacted the web hosting, but there was no response.

Order history clear cache etc. I've tried, but it still remains. My hosting using PHP version 5.2.17, the masters please help me, please. Thanks

Dear

It is a common problem in hosting,  you should confirm that your FTP account and hosting is confirmed properly , just follow the steps,  if not work then you should contact with the domain – hosting sealer from where you bought  your domain – hosing .

Step -1 : Create a file named index.php with content just your name  as like < h1> "your name"</h1> in the body tag , Go to the  cPanel  www.yourdomain/cpanel > login  with user name and password >go to the file manager> click on public_html > click on upload> check Overwrite existing files:  > browse and select index.php file just wait for upload complete

Now browse https://www.1and1.com/  or www.yourdomain.com/index.php

If it is not working then you should reset your default FTP account

Thanks
