I have learn from different gadgets that our photo shares much more of our all about with different social media sites such as Facebook, twitter, etc.

When we save the JPEG image it will also save the information of the image such as the source name (digital camera name) of which it takes the picture, shutter name and manufacturer name etc. Along with the picture. This is called EXIF of the image.

If you are using a smartphone like windows phone or Android phone, you can search your phone's marketplace to get some software stuff to do your task. Else if you want to get it done with the help of a PC you can use adobe Bridge software to edit the hidden information of your photographs behind them.
