Is Photo Explosion a worthwhile purchase?

I've been researching photoshop software and I feel that I have settled on Photo Explosion.  However, I am looking for valuable feedback on this software and if the Deluxe kit is worth the purchase or not.  Would anyone agree that Photo Explosion is good software to purchase, and if not, are there other recommendations?  Thank you.

Is Photo Explosion a worthwhile purchase?

Yes Photo Explosion is a very good photo shop software. Photo Explosion deluxe is more powerful and a complete digital photo studio. The deluxe toolkit will help you to create photo based projects, organizing photos and enhancing photos.

Below are few good features of the Photo Explosion Delux software

1.    This ideal software for photo editing, creating a photo based project, enhancing photos and organizing photos.

2.    This software provides professional quality photos. It contains many professional photo effects.

3.    More than 3000 ready-made photo design available within the software.

4.    There many more ways to share photos.

Other than all these benefits the browse area of this software is very small. Sometime it will be hard to work within this small browse area.
