Hi guys.  I have recently upgraded my desktop with Pentium 4 processor, 2 GB RAM to Windows OS 8.  I use the Peachtree DAT Viewer to recover and repair damaged and corrupted databases.  The program now crashes since the OS upgrade.  Can someone help?

Hello Albert,

As you mentioned you have upgraded your desktop with Windows OS 8 and after that Peachtree DAT viewer program has been crashed. I guess it might be possible that the version you are using for repair and recover your data is not compatible to windows OS 8. So to resolve the problem I can suggest you to upgrade your Peachtree file. I think this could be a help.

Hi there

I read your question and I understood the problem. But I’m afraid that there is no solution for overcome this problem since windows is a touch based OS and Peachtree DAT Viewer version is not compatible for windows 8. But you can try the latest version of Peachtree DAT Viewer in order to solve this problem.

Best of luck
