Hi!

I installed my PDF before in my desktop. I tried to download one from the internet and it is not showing anything. What could be the possible cause of this problem? Can you give me instructions on how to resolve this problem? What are the specifications if ever we need to install another version of this? What are the pros and cons of using it? What are the available features of this and what are the benefits of using this software? Thank you!

Hello,

PDF files are one of the most secured document files with certification of containing no vulnerability. In order to view PDF files, you must have installed any third party PDF viewer.

There are many PDF readers but a few of them are good. Adobe Reader is one of the best PDF readers and it’s notable that Adobe is the company who introduced PDF format to the world. This reader is simple, free for use and powerful. Get Adobe Reader.

Another awesome PDF reader is Foxit PDF Reader. It’s lightweight, powerful, and customizable with nice, eye-catching interface. It also comes with a virtual printer to get any document into PDF format. Get Foxit PDF Reader.

If the PDF file is corrupted, then it won’t show up anything. You can download the PDF file again. If the file downloaded perfectly but not showing anything, the file is corrupted and so, you have nothing to do with it.

Actually, it can be that the PDF reader has not properly been installed or the particular version is not compatible with your computer. So, it is advisable to try reinstalling a compatible version. Further more, install the latest updates of the software, if available.

Also, a PDF file does no show any thing means either it can be originally empty, it is not properly downloaded or it is corrupted. Therefore, you would have to try downloading the file again & opening it with a good PDF reader like Adobe.

Best Regards!
