PCI Simple Communications Controller showing alert

Hello Techyv Guys, 

My PCI Simple Communications Controller is showing an exclamation mark in Device Manager, even after clicking update automatically, it's showing the same. I am using Windows 7 on my system, Please advice on how this issue arose and how to overcome this issue.

PCI Simple Communications Controller showing alert

Hello Mary Drapper,

If your Motherboard is Intel and Intel Management Engine Interface is not properly installed then a yellow exclamation mark next to “ PCI Simple Communication Controller” will appear in Device Manager. To resolve the problem, you need to install Intel Management Engine Interface from your motherboard's installer CD or download from Intel site.
