OVI-Suite doesn’t support notes from Lotus?

I previously owned a Nokia E90-1, longer then 2 years. I had no problems with it and the PC-Suite synced Lotus Notes contacts and calendar to Nokia E90-1 normally.

I recently obtained E7 and I’m captivated on the design, Nokia-style interface and Amoled screen. Nevertheless I learned that the OVI-Suite doesn’t support notes from Lotus? Also, the latest symbian^3 devices don’t run on PC-Suite. Real-time push mail or calendar to my E7 is not important to me, but I still want to sync Lotus notes calendar to my new E7.

It appears that OVI store doesn’t have software that can help me. Could anyone please help me find a solution. In my business Lotus notes are crucial.

Hello,

Here are two solutions that could sync your Lotus Notes calendar to the Nokia E7:

1. Lotus Notes Traveler

The latest version is 8.5.3, which not only provides access to your calendar, but also your email and contacts. It will also let you read email encrypted by Lotus Domino. To get Lotus Notes traveler,

Check out IBM's site for more info on Lotus Note Traveler:

http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/notetrav

The system's hardware requirements can be found here:

https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27022506

If you have the Lotus Mobile Installer application, you can download the Traveler client to your mobile device.

2. Companion Link

This is an application you need to install in your pc which allows you to sync Lotus Notes to you Google account. You can then use the mobile device's Mail for Exchange application to sync up with Google. Now that can be a round about way of syncing you Lotus Notes to your E7 but it should get you what you need. You can download a free trial and use it for 14 days at this site:

I hope the information above helps.

Cheers!
