Over Drive Media Console shows error

Hi,

I am using Windows XP OS and getting the following error message When I try to download audio books with the Overdrive Media Console. I can’t understand this error so I am unable to resolve this annoying error message. Please provide any resolution to fix this issue. I would be thankful to you.

Over Drive Media Console shows error

Hello Sharon,

Good Day!

To solve this issue, these are steps on how to reset DRM (Digital Rights management) as follows:

1.   You may Rename the DRM folder to DRM.old

Go to Start -> My Computer -> Local Drive (C:) -> Documents and Settings -> All Users -> Right Click on the DRM Folder and click “Rename” -> type ‘DRM.old’

2.   You may open the OverDrive Media Console

3.   You may go to Tools -> Windows Media Player security upgrade

4.   If it is done, you may go to OverDrive Media Console and select title. After that you may click Download.
