Hello JosephGAguilar,

Please note that you need to set up destination folder for both, sent and deleted items. In other words you need to tell Outlook exactly where to send your "Sent" and "Deleted" emails.

To do that please follow these steps:

First click on the File tab and then choose Account Settings.

The Account window will open. Please double click on your account.

On this slide please hit the "More Settings" button.

The Internet E-mail Settings window will open. Please choose "Sent Items" tab.

On the bottom of the window please make sure to select the "Save sent items in the Sent Items folder on this computer"

Then choose "Deleted Items" tab. Please make sure to select the "Mark items for deletion but do not move them automatically" and hit the OK button.

You should now be able to send and delete your messages without any further issues.
