Hi dear,

I am a university student and I am preparing my assignment in Microsoft Visio but I am facing given problem please anyone provide me its proper solution.

Organization Char Wizard

You organization data contains 1 entries that are not in the organization. Do you want to include them in your drawing?

            Yes                  No                   Cancel

Organization Char Wizard Error Occurred

Hi Shauusmither,

This error mentioned above may happen when the source file for creating the organization chart contains one or more entries that do not show the hierarchy properly which interrupts the flow of your organizational hierarchy.

For example, if the Employee Name is presented without the Reporting authority name under the specific category, this issue may happen. You will need to check for such entries and correct/modify them. If that is negligible you may just select the NO option and carry on.

If you still want that entry to be a part of your organizational chart then you will need to select YES as the option.
