Hi Experts,

Have a look at the error message attached below. It is indicating that the Online Services encountered a problem.

That’s why it will terminate. If you have any idea for the error message please help me to fix it.

Error

Online Services encountered an error. The service will now terminated or paused if possible.

The Online Services encountered a problem

 

Just navigate to Edit/Preferences and Update your web settings. If still you face the same problem, you can always create the clip as MOV and upload it manually to YouTube. Most of the people prefer this method because it produces much efficient and defined result. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

The Online Services encountered a problem

 

I think you are using a different operating system other than Microsoft Windows. To check if the software is encountering any incompatibility problem, check its system requirements so you will also know if you have missed installing something that is required by the program. Since the error here has something to do with the product’s online features, you should check your computer’s internet connection if it is still active.

If you are using a wireless mobile broadband modem like 3G or 4G broadband stick, be sure that your present location receives enough signal strength to make a connection. Or if you are using the internet on the peak hours, try it again during off peak hours to have a better chance of having a good connection. We can also assume that the software is not installed properly. In this case, try reinstalling it to remove the present installation files and replace it with a fresh copy and with the original or default configuration.
