I have ObjectDock 2.0. It works like a usual dock. When I clicked my Google Chrome icon, I faced the popup error message “Google Chrome Application error 0xc0000135.” The ObjectDock works with almost all of my programs except in my Google Chrome. Is it compatible with Chrome or not? Please send me some advices.

There are two possible causes for that error, and they are:

  • Either Symantec (Norton) has deleted the virus and then left behind remnants, and those remnants are trying to load at Startup. To solve that, you will need to go to Start on your computer, and then click Run, and then you will need to type in MSCONFIG and then click OK. The System Configuration Editor will appear, you will need to click the Startup tab, and then you will look for anything that has to do with that software, or for any entry that does not look right to you
  • The second possible cause is that a .Net Framework component is missing. To resolve that you will just need to install it via the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs utility, or through Windows Update.
