I have bought a Brand New Samsung Galaxy J5 Smartphone. I have synchronized my Gmail Account on my Smartphone. But, I’m not receiving any Emails, and I do not have access to any other PC. Do I Have Any New Emails?

Hello,

I think your Internet does not provide enough speed to let your Email Client update the inbox automatically. You can manually refresh the inbox of your Email using Samsung Galaxy J5. Slide your finger from top to bottom to open the Notifications Menu. You will see options like Wifi, Mobile Data, etc. Tap on the “Edit” option, and then, tap on “Sync.” This process will update your Emails that are set up on your Mobile Phone.
