I was having fun while playing on my new ps3 but suddenly the system logged me out and the screen displayed error code 80710092. When I am trying to log-in, it is repeatedly showing this error.

This error occurs when you are not able to connect to the PSN network. It may be because their server is down, router problem or poor internet connection.
- Check if PlayStation Network is available or not by visiting the site playstation.com.
- Go to Network, in the XMB™ Menu select ‘Internet Browser’ and try to browse any website. If it is unable to access then there is some problem with Internet connection. Call your customer service of the concerned company.
