Norton Boot disk Will not boot

My norton bootdisk will not boot and I do not know what to do. I and very frustrated because I always store my photos on it.
Someone told me about something he read on the internet that I have to reload the scandisk disk.

After a while when I couldn't solve the problem I gave to my computer shop but I was told that I cannot solve the problem unless I buy a new hard disk because it’s an old computer. The person on duty said that this was because by scandisk had bad cluster. I don't want to format it because I have half of my important files are stored on the computer.

I understand that, you are in a tension about your problem with booting norton boot disk. But you don’t mention about your operating system, pc configuration. All this things are important to resolve your problem. However, don’t take much frustration on your head. Follow the instruction here I discuss.

My first suggestion is use Norton Rescue Tools to recover your problem. Sometime Pc’s are infected with scareware program and they are actually so difficult to remove, these program make failure to boot PC from disk. I highly suggest you to use Norton Rescue tools.
