I recently got a Nokia Lumia 920 and I had to get the wireless charging panel. When I started using it, I noticed that charging was not that smooth. Is there a problem with my device? Can anyone with the same phone provide me with a point of comparison? Is the problem with the charging block?

First see the charger light is ON or not continuously when mobile is getting charged. Also, make sure the positioning of mobile and the charger is in range as it is a wireless charger. If there is no issue regarding the positioning of both of them its a charger issue. To ensure your charger is faulty please charge your mobile with another same charger. Hence you will get a idea about the time required to charged mobile fully. Ideally not more than two and half hours required to charged mobile completely.
