No purchase through Credit Card on Xbox One.

I was using Xbox Live Service on my Xbox One Playstation. When I tried to purchase the content and choose the Payment Mode as Credit Card, I wasn't able to purchase the content from it. I use this card to pay all kind of bill payments and to purchase anything. But, Xbox One is not accepting Payment from Credit Card. Please help with the issue.

No purchase through Credit Card on Xbox One.

If you want to purchase a game content from Xbox Live and you want to use your credit card, check first if credit card is accepted in your region. If this is accepted, you need first to add your credit card to your Xbox Live account before you can make a payment.

You cannot make a payment or purchase a game from Xbox Live directly using your credit card without going first to your Xbox Live account. It is your Xbox Live account that will handle all your payments from Xbox Live contents into your credit card. You can also use PayPal but you also need to check if this option is accepted in your region.

Like if you are subscribed to Xbox 360 Entertainment For All Plan, here you cannot use PayPal, debit card, or prepaid card as mode of payment. If you need more information in managing your payment options, you may visit Xbox Live Service Payment Options.
