No Google Token Error on Android Phone

Does anyone know how to resolve “No Google Token” issue?

I got this when signing in to my antivirus such as Bitdefender Mobile Security on my Android phone.

Please help.

No Google Token Error on Android Phone

Hi there! This error occurs when the device is not associated with a Google account, or the device is associated with an account but a temporary problem is preventing it from connecting to Google. Please try one of these two solutions carefuly. If you are using a tablet (running Android 3.x), make sure your device is associated with a Google account.

To check this, go to Settings, Accounts & sync and see if a Google account is listed under Manage Accounts. Add your account if one is not listed, restart your device and then try to sign in to Bitdefender Mobile Security. Restart your device, then try to sign in again. Go to Android Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, Bitdefender Mobile Security and tap Clear data. Then try to sign in again.

No Google Token Error on Android Phone

Hi Debrah,

This error usually happens when your device that is associated with a Google account has a temporary problem connecting to Google or the device might not be associated with a Google account. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet and is associated with a Google account.
Please follow the following steps:
1. Go to Settings
2. Accounts and Sync
3. Manage Accounts
4. Add account if not listed
5. Restart your device then try to sign in to Bitdefender Mobile Security
6. Restart your device then sign in again.
7. Go to Android Settings
8. Then go to Applications
9. Manage Applications
10. Bitdefender Mobile Security
11. Then tap Clear Data
12. Then Sign in again
