No email protection on AVG anti virus network edition?

Hello there.  I have a total of 6 computers that runs on Windows XP on my network.  I recently installed AVG anti virus network edition to protect all the computers from threats which I manage on a central remote desktop.  Why can't I see an email server protection?  Anyone having the same problem?

No email protection on AVG anti virus network edition?

Hello Charles Mitchell,

First I would like to ask that you are using outlook express or direct website to send and receive emails.

If you are using outlook express, then you have choice to download any other antivirus. Because in outlook express antivirus is must.

When we download all the email in our outlook then the virus scanner has to scan all the emails one by one. But if the virus scanner gets failed then it makes great problems.

You can choose any antivirus for outlook.

On the other hand if you are using website, then you have not to worry about the email protection. The website has its own antivirus scanner.
