I recently upgraded from windows xp to windows 7. Since I have done that net objects html editor wont even start when I try to initiate the program. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times but no one got back to me about the situation.

I think the version of your Net Objects Fusion is not compatible with your Operating System which is Windows 7. I suggest to download the newer version of this software but review first if your computer meets the system requirements of this software.
Net Object Fusion 7 to 9 and Essentials support an OS of Windows 98, XP, 2000 and ME.
Net Object Fusion 10 and 11 are both support an OS of Windows Xp, 2000, Windows 7 and Vista with 32 bits.
