Here is my PC specs:

Procie : intel core i3 2100
mobo : ASRock H61M-HVS
RAM : PATRIOT PSD3 8G 1333 KH (2x4Gb) DDR3
VGA : Digital Alliance GTX 550 Ti

Does it fit if I use PSU ENERMAX NAXN 550W?

Based on the technical specifications of the GeForce GTX 550 Ti, the card draws 116W maximum power.  It also indicates that the Minimum system Power Requirement is 400W.  You can check it out for yourself here:

I also made some power computations based on the hardware information that you provided and assuming that you have 1 SATA hard drive and 1 DVD R/W drive.  The PSU wattage that you need is around 287 Watts only.  You can actually check the power computations on your own using this online tool:

So the answer to your question is a definite yes.  Enermax NAXN 550W is more than adequate for your needs.  It still has enough headroom even if you decide to use an SLI configuration.
