Visual Studio Web Express or Developer Express is an open source development tool which helps the developers to evaluate the development of the web. It has the main function of creating ASP.NET websites and is supported by WYSIWYG interface. It also has code editors and enhanced HML. It has support for CSS, JavaScript. But, it also has its certain limitations.
