Hello there…

Can you please help me.

I need to know if there’s something I can do with cmd, keyboard and mouse that could help me reach the maximum processor time of my computer while the parameters are being monitored by perfmon.exe.

I hope you can give me ideas.

Hallo Roman,

The following is how you can use perfmon.exe using the cmd command, keyboard and mouse to check the amount of memory that is being by the processes on your computer:

You will need to start the runevent.exe process which is listed among the available processes.

Then access the control panel and open the performance monitor, or you can open the performance monitor from the command line by typing perfmon.exe.

Look for performance Logs and Alerts and there select Counter Logs.

You will see a panel in right space of the box, right click and select new log from there.

Type a name for the new log and then select add counter.

When there, select the following: computer running firewall suit, process for the performance object, the counter should have private bytes and the lastly runevent.exe.

Click on save thereafter.
