Need help to speed up firefox

I'm using Firefox version 3.6, it's getting slow day by day, I have cleared Firefox cache memory and still it is running slow, I have to wait several minuets until it loads and also receiving “Warning Unresponsive script error” continuously, is there any way to speedup Firefox?

Hello my friend

I’m going to tell you the same thing that I did to my sister when she had that problem – change to Google chrome 😛 Just kidding a little, you can try this solution: In the address bar, type :config, Enter. Scroll up and down and try to find something called dom.max_script_run_time. Change the predefined value to something bigger, like 15 seconds or something like that. You can event change it to 0 so the Firefox wouldn’t show any errors! That is not recommended, because there is an option you could wait until Kristen Stewart smiles lol. Press OK, restart Firefox and that should work!
