Hi guys, just got a new mp4 player. While I was trying to sync my music files from my pc to my mp4 player. A popout message which would said that an error has occur. How can I fix mp4 sync problem? Thanks

Your problem sounds like you haven't installed the driver for your MP4 to your computer. To be able to fix this kind of problem you need to download or install from a disk which is included on your MP4 player the driver to your computer and this syncing issue should be solved. Hope this helps.Â

If you are going to copy and paste files such as music, movies, games or documents in the mp4 player, you can just simply drag and drop the files to the mp4 player directory. There is no need to sync the mp4 player to any software unlike the iPod that need to sync to the iTunes software. Just plug the mp4 player with the usb cable and it will automatically install the driver itself. Then, you can transfer files from the computer to the mp4 player.
